Introduction

I live on 5 acres with my wonderful husband Dan and when we moved here 10 years ago we only had one cat, Whiskers. We now have 13 cats, 2 rescue dogs, 1 (suppose to be) foster dog and 2 grand-dog´s, 1 that lives with us.

I rescue and help as many animals as I can. The love that is received from them is priceless!

We have a 24 year old son, who is a United States Marine, serving our country. He is currently state side and I go to visit at least one week a month. We also have a beautiful grand daughter, who is the light of our lives.

My daughter-in-law is alergic to cats so my grand daughter LOVES to come to my house to see all the kitties. Her favorite´s are Misty and Chewbacca. She tells Chewy, "You are the best kitty I ever seen!".

The 4 of you are my very first dog friends. I love seeing the pictures of cats sleeping with dog. I know that as a cat i really ought not to like this, but I really, really do like seeing that cats and dogs really like and trust each other enough to sleep together.
