Introduction

My family got our first German Shepherd Dog when I was two years old - when I first saw Tar (that was his name) in a basket behind the door, I screamed "mommy, it´s a rat!" But when they explained it was really a small puppy, I fell in love with him. When he passed away we got Din, our second GSD, but he was not really friendly, in fact he was quite agressive. So after he died, we were a bit sceptical about getting another GSD, but we just couldn´t resist And I´m so glad we got Mik and Aro, because they are simply the best!

I also like cats (I mean who doesn´t ), although I´m a bit alergic to cat hair. But that can´t stop me from loving our five balls of furr!

Aro is not the only one to feel not so sure with bigger animals: I´m not so brave myself around cows and horses - Sherman used to be afraid of them, too. Now he knows that they are behind the fence and no danger, but stays away just to be sure. And once I was chased by a giraffe in Kenya - I didn´t feel so great that time!
