Hi Neyda,
I see that Charlotte has passed away. Here is what you do. Go into Charlotte´s profile and click, manage your dogs on the right side of the screen. The red bow means that she is a living female dog. Click on the bow on the right siiiide of your screen, Thee will be a rainbow that says passed away. Click on that, and then your dog has a rainbow. Iit comes from a poem, the rainbow bridge, meaning that our pets are restored and playing on the other side of the rainbow. Iiif you need more help, feel feree to email me again.

This is the way. Profile, manage your dogs, Rex right hand check mark, green, click on it. There will be visible, not visible and passed away, a rainbow, click on the rainbow and he will have one.

solamente vas donde tienes tus perritos y hay donde sale como un signo de corregir a tu derecha al lado donde dice empezar tu diario or star a diary
hace click ahi y te va a salir el arcoiris o si quieres estar visible o invisible ...espero eso te ayude
