Dis and Levi were breed as piggin dogs ...but didnt have the heart to put them through it... so they are companion dogs ... although levi is a good snake dog... catches them and kills them if they are too close to the house or if in the car... he will let us know it the snake is still in there. They are both great ratter & mousers and protection dogs!

Ruby being a kelpie ...we are looking into getting her trained for sheep ,goats and cattle round-ups! (she is also a great ratter)

Khan, Muffin and Snoop are all inside dogs (our littles) are all companion dogs!
Khan is also a good protector!

Keisha is a companion. She thinks shes human though. Keisha goes nearly everywere with me. Her favorite thing is going to the beach for a swim even when its cold.

Keisha is also good at catching mice.She really gets excited.

But all up shes a very loyal and protective dog that just loves company.

Well if you call guarding the house and property working then both my boofhead babies are both working and pets.

My dogs are most certianly companion dogs, but you cant seem to take the hunting instinct out of any dog for example if we were ever invaded by crickets my house would be safe ha,ha. As for gaurding the house the would fight each other to see who could get a pat from the burgler first
